A 3/4 life-size portrait, modelled at the end of last year, just out of its mould. Still needs chasing and painting. This is a technical dry run for a full-body sculpture of a male model that I am about to start, that extends an idea that starts with Rodin’s Age of Bronze, travels through Onslow Ford’s Linus, and is now being pushed into new territory.
